What do I mean by saying RESOURCE-EFFICIENT? It takes more and more effort to keep up with our fast-paced society. To make sensible use of the resources required for this, I take a holistic view of the project tasks to be handled and work on them in an ECONOMICALLY sustainable, ECOLOGICALLY sensible and MENTALLY mindful way. The aim is to find an innovative and individually tailored way of virtual project coordination for the people in the respective situation to overcome the challenges and lead by example. I work in line with the motto: make big things happen in small steps!
